Sanırım kendimi en iyi ifade ediş biçimim böyle. Suruç’ta katledilen gencecik canlar için elimden (en azından şimdilik) bu kadarı geliyor… Ancak tüm o toz toprağın altında bir umut da görüyorum. Barış her zaman kazanır.

All my attempts to keep the birthday song a surprise for my boyfriend was in vain, I know. We share life in almost every aspect so he had an idea what was going on behind the scenes before the big party. So I decided to write another song, this time in spanish and it was only me who was performing. No rehearsals, no nothing. This was what we came up with. I was really too excited in the video which you can easily tell :). The subtitles are in turkish.

Past month (in June) we celebrated the 40th birthday of my beloved boyfriend :). My plan was to write a song and lyrics for him but I wouldn’t be the only one to sing it. So I collected friends to rehearse for almost 2 months. In the end, we went to the studio to record both the song and the video. This is what we came up with. There are a lot of people I have to thank for all their efforts but I won’t list them here as their names are already at the end of the video.
